Traveling abroad requires a passport valid for six months beyond travel dates.

• We offer roommate matching for this tour. When making your reservations please select “double occupancy” and when asked for your roommate’s name please enter “request roommate match”. Roommates will not be matched until after 75% of your reservation total has been made.
• Please note, when purchasing your flight, the hotel check-in date is June 16, 2021. We suggest you arrive by 4PM
• Full Itinerary will be emailed to you 4-5  weeks in advance to plan your free time while in Bali.

MONTHLY BILLING PLAN

When you book, we’ll calculate an evenly divided billing plan for you and each month you will receive advance notice when your monthly payment is due. Your payment will be due according to the schedule on your invoice. Each month when you receive your invoice just click on the pay invoice button and complete your payment. Monthly payments are required to keep your account active.

DEPOSIT

Non-Refundable, non-transferable $150 deposit (Per Person). Once your deposit is paid, you will be sent an accompanying email to provide contact info, emergency contacts, etc. Please make sure to check your email and your Spam box for important information. COVID 19 WAIVER OF LIABILITY

In Spring 2020, the World Health Organization (WHO) declared that the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) a worldwide pandemic. If contracted, this virus has the ability to cause the traveler extreme illness, including, but not limited to, death. Travelers/Passengers understand that they are taking the risk of traveling with the knowledge that of the effects of contracting COVID-19. All travelers MUST read and agree with our  COVID 19 Waiver of Liability Form.

COVID PROTOCOLS W/SUPPLIER

Each traveler will receive COVID 19 protocols 3-4 weeks prior to travel. Travelers will be responsible to comply with the government arrival requirements. Guides & drivers temperatures will be monitored regularly and they will wear face masks. Transfer vehicles will be sanitized before each use. Protocols may be updated. Travelers will be notified of any changes.

ACTIVITY LEVEL

This is an active trip. Our small group covers a lot of ground each day. Expect from two to three hours walking during touring days. Some of the tours require walking over uneven surfaces, many steps or up and down steep slopes.

• Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions.

• If you select the auto bill plan and later cancel this plan you are responsible for making timely payments on your reservation according to the billing plan on your account.  A monthly payment must be made on your reservation each month. Your reservation can be automatically canceled, without notice, if you should go more than 30 days after your monthly payment was due. Once your trip is canceled you will be notified via your email. You may reinstate your trip within 7 calendar days of cancellation by paying the full amount past due. If you go past the suppliers final payment due date then please refer to the cancellation policy for this trip.
• Passengers are responsible for ensuring that they have the proper travel documents and MUST CHECK with the respective consulate(s) or visa agency to determine whether any visas or passports are required. Passports are required to be valid for at least 6 months after the date of travel. Some countries require a full blank “VISA” page in the passport for stamping purposes. Any information provided on travel description pertains to US citizens only. Non-US citizens should check with the respective consulate of the country(s) to be visited for current entry requirements. Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport.
• Missing a vacation is bad enough. Losing the money you paid for your vacation is even worse; therefore, we recommend Travel Protection that helps provide coverage for Trip Cancellation, Interruption, Baggage Loss or Delay, Medial Express, and more. We have a full list of travel insurance vendors.

• Monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current unless you make larger payments than what is required of your monthly payment plan.  Your invoice will clearly note your payment plan. We suggest you put this payment plan on your personal calendar.

• Roommate Matching is available. You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments. Please review our "ROOMMATE POLICY" in our Terms & Conditions

• If permitted, there will be a $100 name change fee for international travel, and $150 after final payment date, if permitted by vendor. There may be additional vendor fees applied.
• Seat assignments ARE at the discretion of the airline.  Seats for th group tour are only located in economy class. (if applicable)
• Prices are subject to change without notice. Please make your reservations today at this low price to be locked in.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• All travelers' Full names, DOB, & passport details must be submitted by 10 AM PST on March 20, 2021
• Deposits made to eBiz Travel/ Warder and Associates are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• 91 days prior to departure any refunds of additional or installment payments made over and above the non-refundable, non-transferable deposits will be subject to a 4% service fee. Refunds may take 30 days to process. March 16, 2021
• 90 days or less prior to departure is 100% non-refundable March 17, 2021
• Final payment is due April 20, 2021. Payments received after this date will be subject to a $150 late fee and will be automatically added to your reservation.
• All late payment requests must be approved by management before the final payment deadline on your account.
