  • 1. WHAT DOCUMENTS DO I NEED TO TRAVEL?

    You must have a passport. Your passport must be valid for 6 months AFTER the date of entry into Europe. You do not require a visa if you are staying less than 90 days. Please make sure you have 2 blank pages available in your passport. On information on how to apply for a passport please visit our News You Can Use page or the information section (VISA AND PASSPORT). Please review the U.S. Passports & International Travel site.

     

    Please make a photocopy of your passport’s identification page and keep it separate from your original. It’s also a good idea to leave a digital copy with someone at home. This may speed up the replacement process should you lose your passport.

  • 2. DO I NEED TO REGISTER?

    This package is quote comprehensive as the following items are included within the cost of the itinerary:

  • 4. WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED IN THIS PRICE?

    * Airport/train station porterage is not included, unless otherwise specified in your travel documents. Be prepared to carry your own suitcase on and off airplanes and trains and through airports and train stations.   • 5. DO I REALLY NEED INSURANCE?

     

    Protection Insurance can prevent you from incurring a financial loss before your trip. Should you have to cancel for any of the following reasons: (Illness, Injury, Death, Unannounced Strike, Hijacking, Jury Duty, Court Ordered Appearance or Traffic Accident).   • 6. HOW MUCH MONEY WILL I NEED TO BRING?

  • 7. AIR TRAVEL INFORMATION

    Round trip international flights from/to the United States are NOT included. When booking travel, please remember there is a welcome dinner at 5PM on July 8, 2018.   • 8. CAN CHILDREN TRAVEL WITH US?

    Yes, children 12 and over can join us on our vacation. The cost will be the same as if they are an adult.

  • 9. WHAT ABOUT ELECTRICAL OUTLETS?

    An adapter (which changes the physical plug) and/or converter (which changes the electric current) are necessary if you plan to use an appliance with voltage different from the standard within the country you are visiting. Please note, if your appliance has dual voltage you may still need an adapter for the plug. When packing your electronic items for travel, please review the converter electric current level to make sure it is the same or greater than the items you are planning on using. If you plan on utilizing or transporting a sleep apnea machine, please remember to pack an extension cord and adapter plug to ensure proper function. Voltage in Europe is 220V. It’s recommended that you purchase an outlet converter prior to your departure.

  • 10. WHAT ABOUT ADDITIONAL EXCURSIONS/TOURS?

  • 11. WHAT IF I DON’T HAVE A ROOMMATE?

    You do have the option to get a single occupancy room there is an additional fee.. If you would prefer not to travel alone, we can match you with another traveler. If you are a single traveler seeking a roommate, please fill out our personality questionnaire at the end of the registration form so we can better match you. We cannot guarantee that we will find you a roommate.

  • 12. WHAT IS THE PAYMENT SCHEDULE?

    After the deposit has been paid, Monthly minimum payments are divided evenly across the trip balance. Monthly minimum payments towards balance is required and will be automatically deducted. FINAL payment must be made by May 1, 2018.  Failure to meet this deadline will result in your trip being canceled and your money being refunded as per the refund policy. Insurance is highly recommended.

  • 13. TRAVELERS WHO NEED SPECIAL ASSISTANCE ON TOURS/AND OR CRUISES?

    You must report any disability requiring special attention while on tour or on cruise at the time the reservation is made. We will make reasonable attempts to accommodate the special needs of disabled travelers, but is not responsible in the event it is unable to do so nor responsible for any denial of services by air carriers, hotels, restaurants, or other independent suppliers. eBiz Travel and its vendors cannot provide individual assistance to a vacation participant for walking, dining, getting on and off coaches, cruise ships, and other vehicles, or other personal needs. A qualified and physically able companion should accompany travelers who need such assistance. If we are not notified at time of reservation of any disability requiring special attention, eBiz Travel and its vendors reserve the right to cancel your booking or terminate your vacation if your special needs or disabilities are not suitable for the vacation, are incompatible with other travelers, or if you are not traveling with a companion who provides all the assistance you require. eBiz Travel nor  its vendors will not refund or cover any costs or expenses incurred for cancellation, booking, or termination of the vacation.   • 14. CAN I SMOKE?

    Smoking is not allowed on transportation. This includes cigarettes, e-cigarettes, cigars, e-cigars or any other smoking device. If you require a smoking room a request may be submitted, but we cannot guarantee availability

  • 15. CAN PETS GO ON THIS VACATION?

    Pets are not allowed on this trip.

  • 16. WHAT HOTELS ARE WE STAYING AT?

    We are staying at 4 star hotels in all three cities. Updates on hotels will be provided.

     

    Please note that all rooms are allocated at the discretion of the hotel and cannot be guaranteed. Hotels are subject to change.

  • 23. WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?

    Cancellation Policy


    • 45-22 days prior to commencement of services: 20% of total price*
    • 21-8 days prior to commencement of services: 30% of total price*
    • 7-1 days prior to commencement of services: 50% of total price*
    • On departure day and later: 100% of total price*

     

    We encourage travelers to purchase travel insurance to protect themselves against any unforeseen circumstances. Many travel insurance policies will refund any non-refundable deposits or cancellation penalties if purchased within 10 days of booking. ALL NO SHOWS WILL BE ASSESSED A 100% CANCELLATION FEE.

     

    Alterations or cancellations by you after commencement of travel and unused services. We will do our best to implement any changes to your arrangements you request once they have commenced, but we cannot guarantee this will be possible. In the event of such amendments being made you will be liable for any cancellation charges that may be levied for the services originally booked, and for the cost of booking the revised arrangements and the arrangements themselves. As a basic principle, no refunds will be paid to clients who do not complete a trip. However where we ourselves are able to obtain a refund from hotels or principals for services not used, we will pass this on to you, less any administration charges. If you have taken out travel insurance you may, depending on the details of your policy, be able to recover the cancellation charges if it becomes necessary to change the particulars for your trip.

     

    We start planning the trips we offer many months in advance. Occasionally, we have to make changes to itineraries, hotels and other details both before and after bookings have been confirmed. While we always endeavor to avoid changes and cancellations, we must reserve the right to do so. However, we will only cancel your confirmed booking after balance due date where you have failed to comply with any requirement of these booking conditions entitling us to cancel (such as paying on time) or where we are forced to do so as a result of ‘force majeure’ as defined herein. We will not cancel after this date for any other reason.

     

    There will be 2 attempts to rectify late payments or declined payments. After that your trip will be canceled and a refund will be given based on the cancellation policy. Refunds can take up to 30 calendar days.

     

    FINAL payment must be made by May 1, 2018.  Failure to meet this deadline will result in your trip being canceled and your money being refunded as per the refund policy. Insurance is highly recommended.
